Checks depend on the context and available process.

• email address and phone number;
• identity and adult status;
• company registration, VAT details and authorised representative;
• licences, certifications, insurance or professional documents;
• consistency of profile information and signals of abuse or fraud.

What a badge means

A badge only indicates that certain elements were checked at a particular time using the process then available. It is not an endorsement, guarantee, professional certification or promise of future performance.

Your responsibilities

Keep information current, do not alter documents, do not use another person's identity, and tell Buildink if a licence, insurance policy or qualification expires, is suspended or changes.

Reporting concerns

Promptly report fake profiles, suspicious payment requests, illegal content, threats, discrimination, harassment or misuse of data through the platform tools or the channel shown on the Contact page. If there is immediate danger, contact the competent authorities.
